In response to the high requirements for stability, safety and reliability, isolation and voltage resistance, and multiple output circuits of frequency converter switching power supplies, our development engineers have focused on research and repeated testing in design, process, and reliability, and have produced a series of high-frequency transformers suitable for frequency converter power supplies to meet customers' pursuit of high reliability and high quality products.
A prominent feature of transformers in the frequency converter series is that there are a large number of output voltages, and the transformer's pins have to be matched with multiple outputs, resulting in a large number of pins.Therefore, the pin distance is very small, usually 2.5mm. As the small distance between transformer pins and the large number of windings , it's difficult to make in the production process, such as soldering short circuits between adjacent pins and isolation voltage resistance NG. For these problems, our engineers have improved the manufacturing process and adopted our patented manufacturing techniques to solve, ensuring the high quality and reliability of our products.
