We have always adhered to quality for ten years. We are trying to improve production efficiency and technology through automated equipments, transitioning from traditional manual winding to mechanization. In order to reduce the pressure of long working time and tedious processes, we are getting into high-speed development and precise production. In addition, the introduction of innovative talents is a key way for deep specialization. We operate on regular learning training for specialization improvement.
